RUNDOWN -- what are your character's skills, likes/dislikes, urgent needs?: What are they good at, what do they hate, what do they need (and so on) so that others know what they can offer you.

What is your character's job?: officially he's a radio show cooking host; unofficially, he's involved with Maurtia Fall's criminal underground

Skills: intelligent, good at dealing with people (when he wants to be), a good haggler/negotiator, a good poker face
Likes: being a crime lord, smart and shrewd people, people who can hold their own against his needling
dislikes: people that he thinks are hypocrites, incompetent, spineless, humorless, have unwarranted self-importance, etc.
urgent needs: not really any right now!
What are your character's plans?: tentative plans are for him to blow up Gemini's apartment at some point in retaliation for her framing him for bank robbery, but we haven't pinned that down/gotten mod approval for it yet
Does your character have a secret identity?: nope!
Is your character open for pairings?: absolutely! I'm up for playing out crushes, casual friends with benefits stuff, or full-on relationships; bring it
Are you open to having your character get hurt? Or, for villains, hurt others?: yes and yes! (though he's a pragmatic sort of villain and won't hurt just anyone for funsies)
Is your character interested in teams?: hypothetically? he'd be hella picky but he wouldn't be 100% against the idea either
What kind of plots are you after?: I'm pretty open! clash with him because he's a criminal asshole, make friends with him because he's a charming criminal asshole, teach him about crazy future technology shit, do some shady business dealings with him, coax him into going on a roadtrip to SeaWorld, idk

Not yet! Would you be okay with other RISE members getting involved?

Sure! I know when he first killed the looters during the blackout, I asked if Sabriel wanted to find/interrogate the bodies and you said she'd pass any info she found onto Olivier; did anything end up happening with that?

No, it didn't. Would you like something to?

It's probably too late for it now, since I figure the bodies are long gone - it was just a suggestion at the time. But Alfie's name does float around the Maurtia Falls underworld as someone who does shady stuff, so I'd absolutely be up for Sabriel and RISE investigating that! He's pretty cautious and covers his tracks well, but he's definitely not uncatchable, and he doesn't make a ton of effort to hide the fact that he's shady. Generally his mindset here is "they know I'm suspicious but they probably can't prove it, and even if they can, oh well, that's just another month of probation, ho-hum".

One charming criminal asshole to another?

Bela's shady dealings are unknown to the authorities and while she mainly works by herself, she is open to partnering up with others. I understand it would take a bit of time IC-ly for them to find out about their criminal activities but it could be an interesting thing to play with.

Alfie's shady dealings are also unknown to the authorities (at least for now!), but we could have them hear about each other in other ways! Alfie's name could come up as someone who does black market dealing, if you want. But yes, I'm very up for doing more with them; she's a lot of fun!

That sounds like a nice lead into them finding about each other and what they get up to! Black market is pretty much how Bela operated back home.
