You'd be surprised. Some of the most competent people I know are always second guessing themselves. Well. I guess technically it's like way more than a second guess by that point but I'm not gonna run the numbers but trust me it's like. Big.

Not everyone can be so confident in themselves and their abilities.

They should be, though. That's why I always try to lighten the load. Bring everybody up so we can all be awesome together. And then I get a lecture for "not taking this seriously" but hey you can't fault me for trying.
