At first she saw her as an ok casual acquaintance, possible drinking buddy, etc. Under other circumstances, she'd be really interested in hearing how magic works in Hawke's world and about demons and the fade and all that! But as it is, she's clearly bound and determined to get in Elsa's shit and be all self-righteous and annoying. And of course she's totally right about Elsa. Not the specifics necessarily, but about her being evil and a danger to others? Soooo spot on. So she's gonna have to watch out for her and try to keep her from blowing up her spot all publicly and shit. Which she's grumpy about. She sees her as more of an irritation than a real threat right now, but that might change depending on the results of her continued investigations.

Olivier is. Complicated. He absolutely respects her and knows she has earned that rank within the military. She's hardly the first or only female that terrifies him either. But she does. He just doesn't always necessarily agree with some of her methods, even if he understands the basics idea behind her mantra and that of Briggs - survival of the fittest/strongest. Where he himself is so much more used to working as a team or simply try to get by as best he can just himself/himself and Al if anything. He's not used to admitting that harsh truth.

He knows she is Armstrong's sister. She's just. Basically his opposite so that's pretty disarming, at least initially. But then, he and Al are much the same, somewhat opposite in their own temperament for the most part. There's that soft spot she has for her men though that he can't help half smile about, the broken clock and all. For all her bluster over her men being expendable as herself, she won't let them die needlessly. He can admire that much at least.

Carl likes Ellie! I think she's the closest person his age he actually bonded with, and that's saying a lot considering that he spent god knows how long with the other kids at the prison in canon. While he got along with one or two kids who died early, there were a select few were either kind of acting dangerously weird to Carl, or the rest were too young. So a fellow survivor in his age bracket even if she's not from his world is refreshing to Carl, and it makes him feel less alone.

Mostly because she has a blood deal with Abduxel and that's working out ok so far, though her needs will expand and outstrip willing donors eventually. Will is one of the oddest folks she's met here yet but in that quiet sort of way. He's not super wacky or anything, but he strikes her as an eager puppy, which would probably suit him just fine, and she doesn't mind it because she doesn't find him threatening. If she saw/knew the more disturbing parts of him it would be another story, and she probably wouldn't be too surprised, tbh, but for now all is cool.

She also finds him easy to talk to, and likes bantering with him, epsecially when he's providing her information for new things. Although he finds her Marsness exciting, and while she did experience things normal Earth folks wouldn't, it was still pretty insular, and there's so much stuff here on Earth to experience compared to her times alone on the plains that she needs someone odd and friendly to point her to new things like shrimp and artichoke pizza.

Just...just not cannibalism, plz.

Okay so, one of darling Doctor Chilton's girlfriends threw him into the ocean and another (maybe??? maybe they were intimate??? Will doesn't want to think too deeply on some of these things okay) injected him with some tracking devices and spoilers not spoilers: Will never knew until much, much later. All this information came spilling out as Chilton tried to assure him that he was good at this survival stuff, he didn't need Will to play hero, he would ensure that they were kept safe, Frederick Chilton is a strong independent psychiatrist who has no need for particularly possessive patients who would bend over backwards to see to it that he was kept out of harm's way.
What Will took away from all this, other than new intel, was that he had 1) not been paying attention as much as he should have 2) needed to pay more attention and 3) whatever women Chilton got himself involved with were probably butts similar to him in certain aspects.
So the odds are already not in her favor of Will believing, fully and completely, that she's the sweet person she attempts to portray herself as. He believes that there is a part of her that can be sweet, no doubt about it...when she wants something.
He's wary around her, but that doesn't mean he dislikes her. He doesn't believe she's exactly the person she acts like to the public, but that doesn't mean he thinks poorly of her. Because he doesn't. Chilton's pet project didn't work out well, okay, so what, he's still a terribly smart (and sometimes downright terrible) man, and anyone he finds worthy of a romantic relationship has to be able to keep up with him on some level. Raina has a brain, and whether or not she uses that for good, her-idea-of-good, or full blown evil isn't something that Will can know. He can wonder, and he can speculate, but he knows he might be wrong whichever conclusion he draws in the end. He and Hannibal were eventually seen as ~*~BFFs~*~ from an outside perspective by several people when they actually weren't, after all, so the whole birds of a feather thing is not necessarily accurate. He knows from experience!
She might be this fake-sweet person because she's used to "polite society" and how to interact with it the same as she might this fake-sweet person because she's A HORRIBLE LYING SCUMBAG. Who is he to judge, look at what he's wearing.
And perhaps unsurprisingly, since she is so embroiled with Baltimore, if she ever needed Will to do anything (within reason, of course) and gave him a call, and it was something he could do...he'd do it. All the while expecting her to pass the news along to Chilton. Unless it was something that he was not allowed to know under any circumstance, because it's good to slowly put people with questionable morality (even if only in his head at the moment) in his debt.
He also gets the vibe that Raina either thinks in extremes or simply puts up the front that she does. This is the most aggravating thing about her at the moment.
So she's doing pretty damn well in his book. For now.

Mister White (is the devil):
Walter White has a problem! Will feels worse that Hank's time ended up being wasted than his own time ended up being wasted, and if Walter White's problem is wasting other people's time and having weird anger fits, he's not so bad.
Except for the part where that's all directed to Baltimore. Chilton hasn't mentioned him since and Will's essentially put him out of his head because he assumes if he needs to know anything, if he absolutely has to know something...he'll know it in time. Would be nice to be told, but maybe it'll just get clearly shown where everyone (or several) can see it, too. Which sounds absolutely horrible compared to Walter's jealousy issues but in this case, Will is like that one oblivious kid in high school who doesn't realize the other kid at the back of the cafeteria stares at him all during lunch biting his lip and stabbing his food harshly because screw that guy so much FUCK THAT GUY. He's completely blind to the full extent of the relationship between Chilton and White, and thus he's also blind to the fact of the matter that Walter is out there

Sabriel's been really friendly so far, or at least forthcoming with information in a more or less pleasant manner, so Anya's pretty keen on her. As keen as you can be on people you've just met, anyway.

She is kind of Concerned about how casually Sabriel talks about some of this dangerous stuff--but she doesn't know whether that's just the nature of this world, or if it's Sabriel herself. She doesn't like either of those options.

Normally Anya isn't the type to necessarily gravitate to kindness or kind people for friendship, but in a setting so drastically different from her home, not sure who she can trust in this environment, she actually really appreciates it. Like, dang, thanks for all the info and help without any sass.

Just based on reputation, Kid is reeeeally leery of her. Not because he's scared of her! But because Gotham baddies tend to be. Unbalanced. Y'know like the kind of people who will steal a busload of kids and then drive it into the river and when confronted with the heinousness of their crimes they'll go "well I mean what ELSE was I supposed to do with them, they wouldn't shut up." Kid's been pampered by the Rogues in Central, who will beat the shit out of the Flash (and occasionally him) if they get interrupted while knocking off a jewelry store, but tend to leave the buses of schoolchildren alone and don't actively search for destruction and ruin. The Rogues in Central are easy to understand. Gotham rogues are unpredictable.

Harley in particular, because Wally sorta tends to paint people who hang with other people with the same brush and the Joker is a lunatic who has personally made his best friend's life a much scarier one. So she's kind of already been branded as Bad Guy with capitals in Wally's head, and considering how loyal he is to Robin that's probably not a good thing. EVEN IF ROBIN AND BATMAN ARE NICE TO HER. WALLY IS A GUARD DOG. HE PEED ON ROBIN, HE'S CLAIMED THAT ONE. THAT'S HIS.

At the same time, Wally is a proponent of criminals reforming. That's also a big Central City thing, and if Harley's really turned over a new leaf then he wants her to get a fair chance. But her paling around with him immediately after showing up is flustering him big time, and he's also got an inflated sense of importance and is like SHE MUST BE GETTING CLOSE TO ME TO GET TO ROBIN!!! like no

She knows literally nothing about Beast Boy other than he's pretty laid back and he's from some country she's never heard of. But based on that alone she likes him. It's nice to just talk to people and be able to joke around freely! He's easy to talk to, which is nice when you get dumped in a place where you don't know anyone or anything.

Also he's the only imPort she knows who she knows for a fact wasn't born in America. She doesn't know how important that is or if it's ever going to come up at all, but at the very least it's nice to know she's not the only one.

The thing is, Roxas just seems like such a sweet kid. He's got his head on right, it seems to Jaime, he's just had a really rough go of it, with all sorts of crazy memory shenanigans and dead friends, the thing that seems to plague them all. There's nothing he really dislikes about Roxas, honestly, and for someone who lives with the kid, he figures he could probably stand to do more than he already has, but... hey, he's a busy guy! Nevertheless, he does try to look out for him as best he can.

Roxas has had a big, empty vacuum where nice, normal meories ought to go, and as trying as living in Heropa can be sometimes, he thinks it's the perfect place for reclaiming things like that. He'd like to help show Roxas what a normal life is and could be, and to help him try things he never got the opportunity to try before.
