Fucking magnets, how does this work?
Step 1: Post a list of your characters.
Step 2: Sit and twirl your moustaches until other people post their characters, then go and ask them questions about their folks. It can be anything, from "So how deep DO Tony Stark's daddy issues run?" (Answer: "they swim amongst giant squid and anglerfish and the trench the kaiju came out of") to "Tell me your least favorite thing about the DC canon" (Answer: "Holy shit are there some cockmongling dingleberries running that company").
Step 3: Other people will ask YOU questions. You go and answer those questions, and be polite - ask THEM a question in return after you're done answering it! (So, it's not just "Nick Burkhardt decided to become a cop when he heard about police brutality and wanted to get in on that" but also you follow up with "What magnificent auroch did Loki hunt to get those beautiful horns?") Then when THEY answer their question, they'll ask YOU a question! ("They came from being cuckolded in Shakespearean times. What are Nick Burkhardt's favorite sunglasses?") And the you ask THEM A QUESTION AGAIN! And they ask YOU! And you ask THEM!! And they ask YOU!!!! So that it's a great big patty-cake of QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS!!!

VIGILANTISM ok so for all his bullshit Levi has a definite respect for structure and discipline, but the problem is that he views those in charge as counterintuitive. He takes especial umbrage when he feels measures have been taken that serve the few instead of the many when an option that would have limited collateral and solved a matter quickly. Bureaucratic politicking is not the boss of him. Honestly after coming from a canon point where he is actively working against the government and no longer in a position where he is dependent on support and benefits that come with registration he could feasibly go full vigilante. Of course I think he would need a push in that direction; he doesn't think so far ahead and did register to support the people under him as much as himself.
OK SO KATE sry you're getting cr tl;dr
Levi likes Kate, and he would even admit as much. She is kind and trustworthy in a way that doesn't make Levi feel out of place or uncomfortable when he actively sought out her advice when he was having difficulty navigate the twenty-first century. Without really meaning to she had gotten him interested in pop culture where he wouldn't have on his own. He is admittedly curious about her past where he military career was concerned and what has her so tight lipped about it. Honestly if he learned she was Batwoman he wouldn't even care or upset because it makes sense, and they're not exactly best buddies. More like Levi knows Kate is safe to go to for help and doesn't try to define them in words like friends or even associates. If it came time where she voiced grievances about the age of enlistment behind the Walls or the fatalist attitude among the Corps he would listen and explain without being an ass about it outside of his usual prickliness. Kate is that likable.
